Spanish chocolatier Ramon Morato, whose writings on chocolate have earned him numerous awards, met us in Chicago at the end of June, 2011. We were excited to have such a great opportunity to learn more of the chocolate arts, and the opportunity to try some of Chicago's great restaurants, like Charlie Trotter's and Avenues, at the Peninsula Hotel!
